To further ensure top quality products, all Solure™ manufacturers use Granatex®, the top-of-the-line granite filler material, as well as molds from Gruber Systems, Inc., the leading supplier to the cast polymer industry for over 30 years. First, the unique blend of polymers and resins used to manufacture our solid surface material gives it a higher degree of heat resistance than that of many of our competitors. In most cases, you can take your hot pans off of your stove or out of your oven and set them directly onto your countertop. Second, our solid surface products are incredibly strong and durable. But, as with any countertop material, minor scratches and abrasions may occur over the course of time. However, unlike with natural granite or laminate countertops, solid surface allows you to remove those scratches---usually in a matter of minutes---by simply sanding and polishing, thus giving your solid surface countertop unparalleled longevity, which enables you to maintain a continuous "just-like-new" appearance to your countertop.
